An expanded version of the 8-hour course. Includes reviews of previous material on anger and stress management, with helpful handouts and exercises.
This class may be taken on its own or as part of a longer course (it is included in the 16 hour course).
When you complete this course, you will have the opportunity to print a completion certificate. However, if you are signed up for a longer course, you don’t need to print the certificate for this course; instead, simply proceed using the Course Dashboard on the right-hand sidebar to the next course segment. At the conclusion of whatever course you have enrolled in, you will be able to print your final certificate.
